Lotus Family Care has proudly served seniors, disabled individuals, and families since 2015. Our mission is to provide compassionate, dependable, and professional non-medical home care services that help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the comfort of their own homes.
We understand that every client has unique physical, emotional, and personal needs. Our goal is not only to assist with daily activities, but to improve quality of life through compassionate care, dignity, respect, and meaningful support. We are committed to helping our clients live as fully and comfortably as possible while giving families peace of mind.
Our multilingual office staff is available to assist families in English, Farsi, Azari, Turkish, Arabic, Spanish, and Russian to ensure clear communication and compassionate support for clients and their loved ones.
Our caregivers are carefully selected, trained, CPR/BLS certified, and background checked before joining our team. Care plans and services are regularly reviewed to ensure client safety, appropriateness of care, and ongoing support based on each client’s changing needs.
Lotus Family Care LLC proudly serves Medicaid and private pay clients throughout Georgia, including individuals participating in CCSP and SOURCE programs.

Parisa Ighani, RN
Founder, Owner & Lead Nurse
With over 17 years of nursing experience, Parisa Ighani, RN, founded Lotus Family Care with a clear mission: to deliver compassionate, high-quality care that treats every client like family.
Her clinical background spans emergency medicine, medical-surgical leadership, orthopedic and urology nursing, hospital quality control, and home-based care. Beginning her career in a Level I Trauma Center Emergency Department, Parisa developed strong clinical judgment and the ability to lead with confidence under pressure.
Beyond her clinical expertise, Parisa is a visionary leader committed to raising the standard of non-medical home care. Her foundation in patient safety, quality improvement, and geriatric-focused care allows her to build systems that prioritize dignity, trust, and excellence.
As Founder and CEO, Parisa leads Lotus Family Care with heart, integrity, and unwavering dedication — ensuring that every family served experiences professionalism, compassion, and peace of mind.
Nahid Jamshidi
Office Manager & Technical Administrator
Nahid brings over 25 years of professional experience in technical administration, systems management, and operational leadership. At Lotus Family Care, she oversees office operations while ensuring reliable IT systems and technical infrastructure that support both staff and client services.
With a strong background in large-scale system implementation and team leadership, Nahid combines technical expertise with administrative excellence to streamline workflows, strengthen compliance, and enhance organizational efficiency. Her detail-oriented approach helps ensure smooth daily operations and high service standards across the organization.
Mojgan Ighani
Coastal Office Manager
Mojgan brings 17 years of experience working with elderly individuals and those with special needs, along with over five years of management experience. Her strong leadership background and compassionate approach allow her to effectively support both clients and caregivers.
As Coastal Area Manager, Mojgan oversees operations throughout the coastal region, ensuring quality care, clear communication, and positive client experiences. She is committed to maintaining high standards and supporting the continued growth of Lotus Family Care.
Outside of work, Mojgan enjoys traveling and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Leo Henderson
Client Relations & Collaborator Manager
Leo brings over 10 years of experience in client engagement, relationship-building, and team collaboration. Known for his approachable leadership style and strong communication skills, he focuses on creating smooth, positive experiences for clients while supporting effective teamwork.
At Lotus Family Care, Leo works to strengthen partnerships, expand community outreach, and support long-term client relationships. He is committed to delivering dependable service and helping the organization grow through meaningful connections.
Maryam Ranjbar
Assistant Manager & Recruitment Specialist
Maryam brings over six years of experience in home care services, specializing in operations management, caregiver coordination, client onboarding, and Medicaid processes. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from Iran and is fluent in English, Farsi, and Turkish. Known for her strong communication and organizational skills, Maryam works closely with caregivers, clients, families, and case management companies to ensure compassionate, efficient care.
Galina Voitenko
Client Advocate & Office Assistant
Galina brings over 20 years of excellence in customer service and 10 years of leadership as a Practice Manager. Her experience allows her to navigate the vital logistics of office operations while maintaining a heart-centered focus on client care and a healthy home environment.
A strong advocate for our seniors, Galina is dedicated to creating a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment where clients can heal, grow stronger, and maintain their dignity.
Fluent in English and Russian, and conversational in Spanish, she helps ensure clear communication and understanding for the diverse families we serve. Through careful coordination between caregivers, healthcare providers, and families, Galina is committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for every client.

Senior Consultant
Christopher brings over 20 years of executive leadership experience in operations, strategic planning, and business development across healthcare, aerospace, defense, and technology industries. At Lotus Family Care, he provides strategic guidance to strengthen operational performance, caregiver training, compliance, and long-term growth initiatives.
